We provide you with a detailed, written estimate for your pool project. Once you are satisfied that it includes all the options and additional equipment you want, we agree on the final scope.

We send you a general agreement that includes the payment schedule, scope of work, and all necessary details via DocuSign. Once signed, you send an initial payment to schedule the technical visit.

We conduct a technical visit to ensure all information on the scope of work is correct and provide an accurate quote. If everything is in order and there are no modifications to the scope, we collect an additional payment.

We apply for permits, do the necessary drawing and survey work, and present all paperwork to the city and HOA. We also include your project under our general liability insurance.

Once permits are approved, we collect the next payment to do the excavation and order the shell. We schedule excavation days before shell delivery and prepare everything for installation.

Finally, we install your fiberglass pool, including additional excavation, backfilling, plumbing, decking, landscaping, and any custom features. We collect the remaining balance once the pool is complete and final inspection is conducted.
