Service Description

Cool Pool of Florida provides fiberglass pool installation, maintenance, and related services throughout Florida. Our services include:

• Maintenance and support services

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on:

• Site conditions and accessibility
• Local permit requirements
• Material availability and pricing
• Custom modifications or upgrades

Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit required upon contract signing
• Progress payments due at specified project milestones
• Final payment due upon project completion and customer approval
• All payments must be made in accordance with the signed contract

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide the following warranties on our work:

• Structural warranty as provided by pool manufacturer
• 1-year warranty on installation workmanship
• Equipment warranties as provided by manufacturers
• 30-day warranty on pool startup and initial chemical balancing

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and are subject to inspection and verification.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining pool and equipment after installation
