• Maintenance and support services

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on:

• Site conditions and accessibility
• Local permit requirements
• Material availability and pricing
• Custom modifications or upgrades

Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit required upon contract signing
• Progress payments due at specified project milestones
• Final payment due upon project completion and customer approval
• All payments must be made in accordance with the signed contract

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide the following warranties on our work:

• Structural warranty as provided by pool manufacturer
• 1-year warranty on installation workmanship
• Equipment warranties as provided by manufacturers
• 30-day warranty on pool startup and initial chemical balancing

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and are subject to inspection and verification.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Providing accurate property information and site access
• Marking underground utilities before excavation
• Maintaining pool and equipment after installation
• Following all safety guidelines and local regulations

Limitation of Liability

Cool Pool of Florida's liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for consequential damages, property damage not directly caused by our negligence, or delays due to weather, permit issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Florida law. Both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Contract cancellation terms:

• 3-day right of rescission for contracts signed at customer's home
• Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed
• Written notice required for all cancellations
• Refunds processed according to contract terms

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Cool Pool of Florida or licensed from third parties. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
