From 45 Days

From permit approval and shell delivery to your first swim. No months of a dug-up yard.

Built for Florida

Gelcoat fiberglass handles the water table, hurricanes and hard water better than plaster, with no replaster cycle.

We Are the Installer

Our own crews, our own permits desk, one contractor from estimate to start-up. Not a middleman.

The Six Steps Every Project Follows

In order, because that is how the crew works them.

  1. Step 1

    Design & estimate

Pick the model and size; we check the lot and send a written proposal.

  2. Step 2

    Permits & engineering

We file with your county and HOA. The 45-day clock starts at permit approval and shell delivery.

  3. Step 3

    Excavation

The dig, base and dewatering, sized to the exact shell.

  4. Step 4

    Shell set

The fiberglass shell arrives on a truck and is craned in and leveled the same day.

  5. Step 5

    Plumbing, electrical, deck

Equipment pad, bonding, lighting and the deck finish you chose.

  6. Step 6

    Fill, start-up, swim

Water, chemistry and a walkthrough of the equipment. Then it is yours.
