Addresses inside Port St. Lucie city limits — including Tradition, St. Lucie West, and Torino — are permitted by the City of Port St. Lucie Building Department, which runs its own plan review and inspections. Unincorporated St. Lucie County properties go through the county's Planning and Development Services — Building division. Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce have their own jurisdictions, and nearby Stuart falls under Martin County. We identify the correct office for your address before anything is filed and pull every permit under our Florida license #CPC1461644 — you never set foot in a permit office.
Florida law also requires a safety barrier on every new residential pool.
